Over 20 years of working as a creative strategist inside corporate environments, I’ve noticed what helps creativity flow and what gets in the way.

I created the “Different Minds At Work” poster based on my own experiences, and those of colleagues, to open up a more nuanced and relatable conversation around cognitive diversity in the workplace. To help workplaces create a more understanding, inclusive and collaborative culture.

We all think and work differently.
That’s not the problem.
The problem is we often work as if we don’t.
